This article is being written not only to express the personal preferences of another opinionated writer but also to address the need for something more specific to nuclear medicine report writing. The limited literature on report writing was likewise reviewed, and I am presenting the various recommended options with regards to the components of a report, grammar and writing style, and what the trends are in report writing.
